We stayed from 21-07-05 to 04-08-05 and I can only describe the experience as dreadful. The apartments were dirty, badly equipped for self catering needs, the bedsheets were never changed but just tucked under the mattress every other day.
The location isnt the best either. Situated on the corner of 2 roads which lead to the 2 main nightclubs in Kardemena the noise every night until about 6am is terrible.
We also experienced trouble from aggressive passers by. Not really the fault of the Kaloxenia but the location doesnt help with hundreds of drunks passing by every night.
The apartments definitely require air conditioning as the heat at night is unbearable.

so it wasn';t the greatest place to stay bu7t we hada great time and when your so drunk who cares!!! we loved our 13 lads down the hall, the water fights and trashing of the rooms was so much fun!!!! love the coventry girls xxxx rosh_n18@hotmail.com | ||||||||||

The apartments were basic as you would expect in Greece they were clean and kept clean throughout the week.. I would not recommend trying to self cater in these apartments as the facilities are very limited. The location was really good a few minutes walk to the shops bars and the beach. The noise at night was really only for a short while as the clubs kicked out. All in all a good place to stay. | ||||||||||

| Kaloxinia was in a good location, just far enough from the town to get peace, within easy walking distance from everywhere and in hte middle of a couple of nice pools. The apartments were cleaned nearly everyday, and were always kept clean and tidy. The only problems we had, was the noise at night, with people walking to the clubs and back, but that only lasts for about 1/2 hr each night. Overall, great place, but needs air con! | ||||||||||

| The Kaloxenia is a small block of apartments right opposite the Blue Lagoon Pool which was great. However, there was no air conditioning which, trust me, is an absolute must!!!! Also, the two most popular clubs in Kardamena (Status and Starlight) are right around the corner so ALL night it is sooooooo noisy!! You don't realise how much noise you can make when ur pissed!! So we had sleepless nights!! Kitchenette VERY basic and no reception so we had no where to put suitcases when we checked out! Apart from this, the apartments r about 5 mins from all the action! | ||||||||||
