The only good thing about these appartments was it being so close to town and the beach.. Shower had to be hand held, hardly any hot water and sheets/towels only changed 3 times in 14 days! Had to buy own toilet roll.Owners were lovely. But thats Greece for you i guess! | |

Very clean and pleasant apartments, cleaner came three times. lovely lady. The owners were very nice also, not a lot of cooking equipment, but hey who wants to cook on hols, the restaurents are so close and food so good you are spoilt for choice. The people on this island are so friendly and helpful, they really make your holiday special, recomend Best Sellers for coctails that knock your head off, some of the others tasted alcohol free

This review is based on room 9, it is on the bottom floor. The
apartment was insufficient for 4 guests which is what we booked, it was
small. There were 3 guys sharing one room in the back whilst I was
staying in the kitchen on the forth bed. | ||||||||||

the people who owned the apartments were very weary of us watching what we was doing untill they realised we were with my mom and dad! then they loved us! my 2 friends got there beds changed 2wice i neva got it changed once! (we were in the same apartment) they neva once gave us nu toilet roll and tryed to make us pay for the already stained matresses witch we wuldnt du! | ||||||||||

On reading the reviews I must admit I was a bit worried.... but the apartments were great, they were very clean and in a good location. There is a basketball court next door which you get some noise from but mostly late afternoon and it wasn't a problem - the apartments were quiet and there was no noise from people coming back all hours. Bars, restaurants and the harbour are literally a few minutes walk down the road and the main bar street is a 5/10 minute walk. There is a small beach in town which is nice and is quiet and is only a five minute walk away, the main busier beach is about a 10 minute walk to the otherside of the harbour.
All in all a great holiday, I would definitely stay at these apartment again.

| WHERE DO I START FIRSTLY WE WERE PUT ON THE GROUND FLOOR ( 4 LADS ) SO TO NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS, BUT 4 BEDS NEXT TO EACH OTHER ( I DONT THINK SO ) ! NEXT TO MAKE A BREW WE WERE SUPPLIED WITH A TINY LITTLE PAN WHICH TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO BOIL AND EVEN THEN ONLY MADE 1 DECENT BREW. THE SHOWER HAD TO BE HAND HELD AS THERE WERE NO FIXINGS TO ATTACH IT THE WALL. WE WERE PROMISED CEILING FANS, BUT UPON ARRIVAL WERE TOLD THEY HAD BEEN UPGRADED TO AIR CON WHICH COULD BE SWITCHED ON ( AT A COST ). WE SAW THE CLEANER TWICE BUT ONLY HAD CLEAN SHEETS ONCE ! | ||||||||||

| We found the Sunflower apartments a very lovely place to stay,nice and clean and in a quiet place.Only thing is you should take a spare towel and you will need to buy toilet roll as the cleaner doesnt know it exists.watch out for bendy chairs! | ||||||||||

| we have been to kos four times now {wife and me} always kardamena great place.stayed at the sunflower last june and can say we found it clean and for greek standards good.the only downside was our balcony looked out onto a new 5 a side footy pitch and games went on till 3am some mornings and the ball hitting the fencing was quite loud.the apartments although only a minute from all the nightlife and shops were quiet.would definitely stay there again. | ||||||||||

| I have visited Kos many times, and found the Sunflower Apartemnts to be really good for our needs. Sofia, the lady who owns its was a lovely lady, very friendly and really helpful. Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle and near enough to walk to it all. It snot the quietest spot, but it is peaceful and quiete as there is not pool. I would recemmend this accommodation to families, singles and couples. The accommodation inside is spotlessly clean, sufficient for your needs. I liked it so much, that I am going back there this September. | ||||||||||
