Philippos Apartments

Top appartments, top pool, top people, you really can't go wrong with this place - out of the way but not to far to Bar Street and a lovely beach accross the way. Basic but cleanest place have ever stayed in, the kitchen had everything you needed (although never used). Room was small but enough not to loose anything and a fantastic view of Banana Beach, really can't fault it - we were a bit rowdy one night and we did have a telling off from Phillipos but it was deserved - Sorry for that , would definately stay there again - the pool is also really good value and if yo stay at Phillipos appartments you get 10% of your food bill. I stayed at Phillipos' with 13 other lads and we thought it was the best week of our lives!

Arrived back home 15th Oct. after another excellent 2 weeks at Phils.Once again the service was superb.Rooms cleaned daily,great pool & bar snacks were excellent value for money.To top it all off the pool bar fridge was well stocked with cans of John Smith's.Thanks Phil,Andy & Lynne.

The holiday here was gerat, philipos was really helpful and freindly, we got on really well, even took us for a drink at a local bar.... really cant wait to go back here again in the future!

This was the best holidays we have ever had. The rooms were basic but clean, we were on the ground floor for the 1st week and we asked philippos if we could move to the roof top for the 2nd week, the veiws from there are breath taking. Location is fantastic, less than a min walk to the beach, where you.ll find the banana bar which is run by a lovely couple called Paul & Carol. The Bars & restaruants are only 10 min away. Pilippos is really helpful.WE loved so much we've booked for next year + my parent!!! 

AFTER A MIX UP WITH THE TOUR COMPANY WE WERE ALLOCATED A ROOM FOR 2 ADULTS BUT NO BED FOR OUR CHILD. HE WAS EXPECTED TO SLEEP WITH US FOR 2 WEEKS. WHEN WE ASKED FOR A BIGGER ROOM LIKE WE HAD BOOKED & PAID FOR WE WERE TOLD WE COULDNT BE MOVED. IT SPOILT OUR HONEYMOON. AND WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THESE APARTMENTS

Stay here every year, place is very clean, the maid comes round each day. The beach is right outside the front door & the views are stunning. Philippos will do anything for you, he even got me in some cans of John Smiths for his pool bar when i told him i didn't drink Lager, thank's Phil. The pool is the best we have seen in Kardamena, free sunbeds & the bar snacks are superb, bring on next year, Andy & Lynne.

ive been to zante and i guarentee kos is ten times better!  so if your drawn between the 2! pick kos

Hey me an my other 11 mates came here last august and had the time of our life. phillipos is great and always there to look after you, nothing went wrong when we were there and we loved it that much we are trying to book it again for this year. btw hi yvette clumpus and kate smith.

hey!! Phillippo's is great. Hi Kate!!! i would definatley recommend these studio's, yes the cleaner is grumpy but who cares. the cheese and ham toasties at the pool bar are to die for. and the whale at the pool originally belonged to me, hehe! (his name is willy) i guarantee you'll have a ball at this place.

been to philippos twice and would go every year but tend to go for last minute deals cos of cost so have to take what we get, but philippos are best ever been to

Agree with the majority of other comments regarding these apartments - basic but very nice, cleaned every day and sheets changed a couple of times per week.
Philippos very helpful in all aspects, whether he was changing money at reception, serving food at the pool bar or advising us of places to eat(if he recommends somewhere, expect a free drink!!)
All in all, recommended place to stay when in Kardamena !

Located at the end of the resort before Banana Beach.
10 minutes walk into centre at a leisurely stroll. Stop and have a drink at the Brewers Droop with Kostas and Andy (who are fab).
Philippos is great, so friendly and helpful. Apartments are cleaned daily and sheets also changed every couple of days. Nothing is a bother for him and his staff.
Stayed there three times now and would recommend them to everyone.
Pool is great and no charge for the sun beds.

why is the brewers droop bar not in the bars section as we had great time their with kosta and his brother.

We have just returned from spending 2 weeks in Kardamena, It was our second visit to the resort but our first time in Philipos' apartments. We spent the first week on the top floor which only has one apartment (19),it's small but the bed was huge!!When we asked Philippos if we could move to join our other friends on the ground floor he was very helpfull. Everything was great. The rooms, the pool and the food available at the pool snack bar. Philippos also recommended restaurants to go to and made sure the restaurant managers gave us special treatment.

We've just come back from these apartments and I agree with what everyone else says they are ideally located and nice and clean. Philippos is really helpful and friendly even supplying FREE safety deposit boxes which is fantastic!! One thing I would say is, if possible request a room on the first floor or above. We stayed on the ground floor a room right by reception, as the walls are so thin we got woken up every morning at 9am when Philippos arrives to man reception and is being his usual friendly self saying good morning to everyone. Not really a big complaint as at least we didnt waste our day laying in bed!! Definitely worth a visit

JUST RETURNED AFTER 2 WEEKS STAYING HERE,ACCOMODATION IS BASIC BUT VERY CLEAN & TIDY.RAN BY PHILIPPOS WHO IS A REALLY FRIENDLY GUY,COULDN'T DO ENOUGH TO HELP.
EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BEACH,AND ABOUT 10 MINS AWAY FROM THE MAIN CLUBS & BARS IN KARDAMENA,VERY QUIET LOCATION.
ALSO HAS OWN POOL & BAR WHICH IS POPULAR DURING THE DAY,WELL WORTH A VISIT IN MY OPINION!! WILL BE GOING BACK IN THE FUTURE ON THE BASIS OF THIS STAY!!

i recommend this apartment to anyone.Its clean(cleaners in 6 days a week) and quiet.Just on the edge of the resort.Everthing is close by.
Phillipos is a good guy he cannot do enough to help you.First chance i,ll be back with the wife & kid

I need to find a cheap hotel/ apartment for me and two mates to stay in as close to the centre of Kardamena as possible, can anyone tell me where the best place is for this? I would like to know how to get full info too. CHEERS!!

I really enjoyed the holiday that i had at the Phillipos Apartments last year. The people were really friendly. I would like to be back there now! It was great.

There where twelve of us on this holiday and i can honestly say it was one of the best holidays ive ever been on. The hotel was owned by a guy called Philippos and he could not do enough for you it was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every night, The beach was 2 seconds away you could see it from your balcony. If you want the best english breakfast you wont find anywhere better than hooties cafe bar on the beach (no grease in sight) and say hello to Giannis and Billy for me at two jonnys bar. All in all a reaaly great place for a holiday.
