This is a great place to stay, in just the right location. In fact we have been staying here nearly every year since 1995. Yanni the manager and Yanni the barman are great as are all the rest of the staff. Great since they installed fridges and tv's. Looking forward to staying again this year in the first two weeks of September. |

Hey! just bk frm Kris Mari wiv ma boyfriend, had a brilliant week! At first we didnt think much of the hotel our room wasnt very clean as there was empty crisp packets and water bottles under the bed. However we complained and it was cleaned immediately. Only had breakfast once at the hotel and it wsnt up to much, would highly recommend Paradise Restaurant which is 2mins away and right on the beach. The staff are lovely and its very reasonable priced.. fry ups are amazin!! Pool area at the hotel is pretty decent but we went 2 the beach every day, you couldnt get any closer to it. The sunbeds are free if you choose the right ones. The sea is lovely and clean and we had a very relaxing time. Hotel is in a very ideal location, its quiet but its still 5mins away from all the action! Nightlife in Kardemena is petty good, as it was just the 2 of us we didnt go clubbing every night but we did go 2 the foam party @ Starlight, try it out! The music gets turned off @ 12 in all the bars which was the only down fall in our holiday! Would definately recommend Kardemena to couples and young folk! Must say we are gutted to be back home !! |

Had 2 brilliant weeks at this hotel last year in June 2006 Staff were friendly, rooms very clean and breakfast we don't know about as we never got up in time. Nightlife was good but everything stopped at midnight, but then again we needed our beds for the following days sunbathing. Hired a quad bike for 1 week and explored the island which was fun and visited zia at night to watch the sun set which was amazing "Highly Recommended"
Swimming pool was excellent and very clean and plenty of sun beds available, Poolbar was also very good with plenty of refreshing drinks available and a varied menu to suit all
We are seriously considering booking again at this Hotel for 2007 |

We stayed in June 06. We were made very welcome and we were very happy with this hotel. We called in again while on a flying visit to Kardamena (from Kos Town) and we were remembered and made very welcone from Renna in reception and the Manager. It is in a great location: near the action but not affected by it. |

Myself and my Fiancee are not long back from what i can only explain as the most relaxing holiday i have ever been on.
The Staff are great especially Yanni ( even though his choice of football teams leaves alot to be desired lol ) , the only thing i would say about this hotel is if you are a group of young folk wanting to go out and have a rowdy holiday , don't stay here. Although we are young ( ish ) ourselves the manager does seem to look upon younger holiday gowers as a problem and you fart out of place your warned that 1 more fart and your out.
As i said we loved this Hotel and are already making plans to go back next year.

i have just stayed 2 weeks in the kris mari with my best m8! thought it was really nice! there r fridges now, just quite small but its gud 4 drinks! and there r hair dryers but they arnt that gud, we took our own! then shower was a pain in the a**e! nealy knocked me out a couple of times! but its alright wen u get it working. really gud 2 have air con. and we had breakfast every morning, i had cheese or hunny on toast! :) we met yiannis the bar man! he is loverly! he is there every day 6 in the evening till 1 in the morning! and he is really friendly. the pool was really nice 2! the hotel is rlly strict on everything. some people we made friends with used a towl 2 clean up the water on the bathroom floor and they got a warning and there towels took off them for the day. and also u arent allowed 2 take any1 into the hotel that isnt staying there already. cleaners come every day. all the people that were on holiday there wer rlly friendly. u can make friends really easily. i would def. go there again! if you are going 2 stay in kardamena i recommend kris mari and cleopatra classic, they are the only 2 nice 1s i no of! anyway im blabering on! hope i have helped u out! x vic x

Loved it really nice rooms, not too far from the town centre, owners nice people, george who seems to be there all the time from when you make it for breakfast between 7-9am is there then and then goes into the kitchen with the other young guy. Nothing is too much trouble, doesn't ven mind the mess made by the kids in the high chairs. if you start clearing it up george tuts as he thinks holiday makers shouldn't clear up (good on ya george) reception ar helpfull, REMEMBER TO HAND YOUR KEYS IN WHEN YOU GO OUT) the pool was nice was only cold twice approx out of the two weeks. other than that would definately stay again. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH T H E C L E A N E R she was brilliant tidied room and changed sheets almost daily and was helpful too. polite and friendly even spoke to you if she saw you in the town. BEST BAR IN KARDAMENA IS MEMORIES MAKE SURE YOU GO THERE cheers guys really enjoyed holiday will come and stay agaiin soon, only down side was AIR CONDITIONING ON 15 JUNE - AUGUST sometime only was bit hot in room. pool open to public too so our friends could come seee us toooo. so basically stay at the krismari |

Just come back from my second stay in the Kris Mari and it was even better than the first time. They have done up the hotel as they also own Cleopatra which is the hotel next door. Apparently the regulars of the Kris Mari were shown the rooms at Cleopatra and they liked it so much the regulars started staying there. So that's why the rooms were done up at the Kris Mari. The rooms now have a fridge and there are new carpets and furnishings in each room. It's better than anywhere else in Kos. Air con is fine it works off your key so when you're out of the room it's switches off but it's fine and gets the room cool quickly.
For those going, don't worry it's first class! |

The staff here are really friendly, especially the Manager Yanni and the barman Yanni. The pool is great and it is just across the road from the beach and nearby restaurants. Great location. We have actually stayed there eight times and will be going back there in September this year. Can't find fault and the air con is great too. Even after a break of two years, they still remembered us.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel back in 2004 for 2 weeks and thought the hotel was good. You can't expect too much with accomodation in the med but this is one of the best. The air con is a bonus because usually you have to hire a fan. I don't believe that the hotel would turn off the air con just to save money, it was on the whole time we stayed. Breakfast is continental, which is great, you can't expect more anywhere in Greece unless you pay for a 5 star hotel. Who gets up for breakfast anyway?!? The hotel staff are really friendly too. It was so good we're off again in June with some friends. |

| OK. Just got back from Kardamena, here's a quick precis of the Krismari :
- Room fairly clean for a Greek Island, but below par for the UK.
- No Fridge
- No room safe ( you have to use the Safe's opposite reception on the ground floor - I stayed on the 3rd floor...)
- No hairdryer
- No TV
- Phone in the room
- Air-conditioned ( to a degree ). But this ( allegedly ) failed throughout the whole hotel at the start of my second week on the Tuesday; allegedly awaiting a spare part to be delivered from Athens. The aircon was still not working when I left on the Saturday. I don't believe that the system failed at all - I believe they shut the system down to save costs. As it was so hot in the rooms, I could only manage 60 mins sleep per night
- Lifts between floors worked OK.
Breakfast :
- Greek cornflakes which always tasted stale, no other cereal offered
- Permanent supply of toast, but again always tasted stale ( crap greek bread ! )
- Brown bread
- White rolls
- Warmish croissants
- Ham / cheese / tomato / cucumber
- Jams (no marmalade)
- Orange & Grapefruit juice ( not fresh - more like a cordial ); tasteless.
- Hot food available at additional cost ( which no-one bothered with when I was there ).
Facilities :
- Swimming pool OK - but free-for-all - non-residents also used it, as well as the sunbeds.
Would I stay in the Krismari again ? No thanks.

The Hotel was very nice, clean an air conditioned. Although I wouldn't advice young, free and singletons to stay there. No guests are allowed in your room and ball games are frowned apon in the pool. Thats all I have to stay!!! |

| Great island excellent hotel nice friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, very clean and fully air conditioned but could have done with a small fridge just to keep your drinks cool. The small cafes~takeaways were great value for money plenty to eat all portions were large so no point in being on a diet. We went in to the Callipso bar very friendly great selection of cocktails you could have a different one very night and still not get through the list. We would highly recommend the Krismari Hotel as a great place to relax after the noise of the town. |
