a very strange experience at these apartments. as my ratings show, the location of the place is great in terms of its a coupleof minutes to the nightlife but its far enough away so you cant hear it. only problem with the location is its in with all the greeks and there houses/flats so there is quite a bit of noise at all hours from there mopeds and cars and its itsonly greeks around there is nobody to chat to!
no pool here but i recommend the kool pool, been to kos a few times and its always good there, not too quiet, not too loud, just what you need to relax. it doesnt get busy till after lunch so no need to get up early to get your towel down there!!
staying here gets you 10% off the fat olive restaurant on the sea front which was by far the best meal we had all week!
night flights can be a pain, as if you have to check out at 12 noon there is nowhere for your bags to go. you have to cart them accross town and leave tham at another hotel which is where you would get picked up from.
all in all, i booked my holiday with a mate a couple of days before we went so couldnt complain too much. if you are going with the lads and not bothered about where you would stay then this is ideal, dont take your bird there however!! | ||||||||||

| well what can i say about stamatia studio's, it was a bit a shock but got used to it quickly, once we stopped laughing when we realised we could shower, go to the toilet and brush our teeth in the sink all at the same time. apart from that it was good, | ||||||||||

| No pool but there is one next door you can use. Location is good close to status and starlight next to seva. Can be noisy when everyone returns from the clubs. | ||||||||||

| The Stamatia Studios are in a good location, with only a 5 minute walk to the main square and the beach. The apartments are ideal in the sense that you can't hear the music from the pubs/clubs but the main occupants were groups of 6-10 people rather than couples and the noise on some nights was unbearable! This was the only problem we had with the place. If you're bothered about having a large balcony, try to request room 56 as this has 2 balconys which looked about 4 times the size of everyone elses!!! | ||||||||||

| Like most studios and apartments in the Greek Islands Stamatia is very basic, but, if all you want is a place to sleep and shower it won't ruin your holiday. All rooms have a Fridge with a freezer shelf, a two ring electric hob, cutlery/plates and a kettle. It's also about a 5 minute walk to the beach/town/taxis/bars. Enjoy your stay and relax. | ||||||||||
