Went for two weeks, returned 5thOct. Booked flight & booked room with Leftis direct. Tel 00 30 22420 91467.
He gave me a good deal as he does with others. Good location, pleasant surroundings & no hassle to get out of your room when you leave.
Leftis is a bit of a character but always helpful.
I've stayed at the hotel 3 times now & each time they have taken in people
from other "less" desirable hotels, they couldn't stay another night, at short notice. So if you haven't been before "Try it".

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments! The owner Leftis, really is as friendly as described below and if you stay here, you gotta make time to speak to him. The apartments are pretty basic, as with most greek accomodation, but spacious and cleaned every day.
We found ourselves based in the quieter area of kardamena, although it was only a short walk to the main strip. For a lovely meal and relaxing dining experience we'd throughly reccommend Scala Roof gardens, Alvi's in the main sqaure and Yianni's. ...........NEMO's is a big no no, unless you want to order, eat and leave in 5 minutes flat
We've only been back for a few days and missing it already. The friendly locals, the spacious accomodation, the beautiful restuarants and how could we forgot....the abundant sunshine for two weeks!!!! oh well! have fun if you are going to stay at Mamouzelos, and tell Leftis Louise and David say hi!................

Booked to stay here based on comments from this site as apartments were between tour operators and not featured in Olympic brochure. So glad we did, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and a 2 bed studio between the 6 of us and they were basic but spacious. Shower had its own base and curtain and plenty hot water (not that we needed it - got back this morning and average temp all last week was 35 degrees phew!) Not sure I agree with the comments about noise on supermarket side - we were straight across from supermarket and heard nothing from either tourists or scooters. Also no probs for any of us with mossies - we did have plug in thingy in rooms though. Leftis was superb as was his brother Vangellis. Nothing too much trouble. Exchange rate here as good as anywhere and no need for passport. Safety deposit boxes were 8 Euro one week or 10 Euro for 2 weeks and fan hire (highly recommended) 10 Euro one week and 12 Euro for 2 weeks. Well stocked bar and neat gardens - ace to sit in for a late night drink whilst putting world to rights. Would definitely go back here again. My mum (72) and 3 kids (16, 13 and 10) loved it and all I can say is go to Mamouzelos and see for yourselves. Yamas Leftis and thanks for your hospitality ![]()

Went to the Mamouzelos in July 2005. We had a 2 bed apartment, and the accommodation was clean and bright. There is a small supermarket over the road which sells pretty much anything, and the Agrelli Hotel is over the road. You can use the pool there, its quite small, but ok. Further up the road, 5 minute walk, is the Mikargy Hotel, which you can use the pool for free as long as you purchase something. Which is no problem. This is a larger pool, and has music playing all day. Spent a lot of our time here. Good clean pool.
We paid extra to keep our room until midnight 25 euros. The accommodation is basic, but clean and our bins were emptied all but one day. Its about 10 minute walk to the square, and plenty of bars nearby. The beach is at the end of the road, but this is a small beach and you need to get there early. you can walk further towards the town to get to the larger beach.
2nd visit to Kos, and would stay at these apartments again. It was 15 euros to hire a fan for the week. There is also a safety deposit box in the room.

I have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Kardamena staying at the Mamouzelos apartments. Leftis the owner is a very nice man who is always around to answer any queiries you may have.
The apartments are very basic but have a shower Curtain (Which is apparantley a luxury in Greece!) the apartments are cleaned twice a week with clean towels and bed linen provided.
I would strongly recommend these apartments to anybody who is looking for a basic self catering holiday, plus the main square is only a five minute walk from the apartments.

Went there for a week and in all fairness the fella did moan alot... but i dont blame him seen as though we did try are best to get deported, he did threaten to throw us out on our arse so many times, but other than that the sheets, pillows and towels didnt get changed at any point within that week the "free pool" at the end of the road wasnt that free! not to mention the lovely views... the owners family house and their jungle/garden thing. it was nice and quiet the majority of the time. the only good thing was that it was really close to the clubs and shops it was superb!
