| The apartment was very clean and the views are fantastic, with a small private beach fiercely defended by a very delightful man. Be careful when entering the water, the rocks are very sharp!! My foot is still healing after one week!! We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartments were, though not far from Bar Street and the local nightlife (which is great by the way). We only had a couple of nights when we were awakened by the sounds of those coming home at 5 or 6 am!! They were soon tucked up in bed and sound asleep. Sofia cleans the apartment every day (excluding Sunday), she speaks little English, but does a great job. I recommend tipping her at the end of your stay. Sofia and her husband?? were great on the day of check out, he helped carry the bags down the stairs. They were very thankful and waved goodbye to us from the balcony. For 2 stars this is a great place with friendly people. I would recommend Emiliana to both young and oldish. | |

| The apartments are very basic but also very clean. The location is excellent - right on the beach and just a couple of minutes walk from all the main facilities (bars, shops and restaurants) - yet still quiet in the early hours. This is a very English resort - it could be anywhere in Greece, Spain etc. really. We're glad we hired a car and got to see the rest of the island. | ||||||||||

Just got back from staying at the Emiliana Hotel at Kardemena in Kos Greece and had a great time!! I went with another mate!! Im 21 and my mate is 22 and it was great!! Especially for the nightlife you are spoilt for choice.. The Hotel itself is pretty basic but is kept clean every morning by Sophia who does not speak much English but such a lovely lady who kept our room very tidy and organised.. So when you visit make sure you say hello to her from me!! ha! The hotel is smack bang on the beach.. and about a couple of minuites walk to the main bars on bar street and all the resturants etc.. We went this year from the 2nd Aug and got back today on the 9th and it was sunny everyday!! In the day we chilled out on the beach and at night we partied hard ha!! I will have to say that you will need to watch out for the beach as it is very rocky and i did get cut on my feet a few times.. but dont let that put you off as you can hire out a lilo or take your own with you so you can float on the water.. You also do have to pay to use the sun beds which normally cost about 5 euros for 2 people at the most and that includes the hire of a lilo aswell.. The situation if the Emiliana hotel is perfect if you want to get some rest as its not slam bang right near the pubs and clubs.. I have to say this holiday has to have been one of the best i have ever had.. everyone is friendly and just chilled.. I must reccomend to all you clubbers out there to go to the starlight nightclub when they have there foam party because it is absolutly awsome!! Probably the best night ive ever had!! It will cost you 20 euros to get in per person but it is well worth it!!

Very basic but very clean apartments right on the beach. A bit rocky in the sea right outside but move 500 yards west (away from the main drag) and there is an excellent beach area & lovely bars, less crowded and cheaper sun beds.
Noise from a couple of groups of lads staying in other apartments in the block was occasionally a problem when they came back at 5am all wanting to fight each other but other groups you never heard anything from at all so it's the luck of the draw really. We were a family of 4 with 2 boys under the age of 15. Plenty for all to do at reasonable cost.

My favourite place to stay in Kardamena! Situated just over the bridge and on the beach! Fab waking up to the sound of the sea every morning. It's not a good idea to walk back there on your own at night as it's slightly isolated although only 5minutes to the centre.
Request an upper floor for the views!
