What can i say, you want a fun packed, mad holiday then kardamena is the place for you! When i arrived at kardamena i cried  thinking what the hell was i doing in a place like this? within 5 min of arriving at the appartments i was happy thinking just in a few hours after packing, i would be lying on a gorgeous beach, admiring fit lads with an ice cold vodka lemonade in my hand, and that's what happened, like some of the other comments that were made above.. there was a bed, fridge, toilet...basically everything you need as it's so cheap to eat out, plus being at the centre of attention anyway, and about the motorbikes wotever you call 'em going up and down the street all night, well i'm sorry but that person must have been one f**k of a boring arse and stayed in to hear them, 'cuz the only time i heard them was at like 8am when you usually end up rolling in...apart from that you're either out or passed out sleeping after a wild night out to even notice them. Iris studios is bang in the centre of all attractions... the pool bar up the road is a great place to meet n greet during the day full of tunage and fit people usually. the appartement gets cleaned every other day, and that's all you need actually is jst a good clean... the sheets i'm not particulary worried about as i never used them as it is so bloody hot there...so i do advise to get a fan from the supermarket (as 1. its cheaper and 2. the fans they supply in the appartments are usually crap) or another cheaper option is doing what i did after strolling back in..is sleeping on the balcony as its cooler. As for the manager, you can't exactly blame the poor sod for being a little bit miserable when sh!t loads of youngsters come each year and get laid every single night  when i suppose he's getting nothing. haha. the cleaner...whereva you go abroad or even amercia hardly any cleaner can talk english (and why the hell would you want a conversation with the cleaner anyway??) At the end of the day Iris studios is in a fantastic location, a great place to stay, and i would clearly advise anyone to stay there!  | ||||||||||

| " Don't go there!" We were on the ground floor which was the first problem as we were two 18 year old girls alone, and then we realised that the doors were glass which meant anyone can see through, which we found out when we got filthy notes from people pushed under our doors tellin us what we had been doing. The Kosmar rep was no help whatsoever so don't book with them.
And the apartment never got changed sheets or towels in the whole week we were there!
The only good thing was it is central to everything, but if that was me, i would rather had a few minutes walk to the attractions than not feel safe in my rooms! | ||||||||||

Just got there and there was a cockroach in the room, You couldnt swing a cat in there. on the first day there was a power cut and on the second last day no water, we only had 2 towels between the 2 of us and the bedding wasnt changed at all the week we were there. only 3 sockets in the room worked and we had to hire a fan 15 euros for 1 week and 25 euros for 2 if your going for 2 weeks you can buy a fan for 15 at the supermarket.the toilet was tiny you could sit on the toilet and have a shower at the same time, we were kept awake all night with mopeds going about all the time. there was a couple of good things, the food was great would recomend trying some of the traditional greek dishes also cocktails and dreams bar was good really nice people there and the 2 guys at crackers bar were so funny on the last night they were dressed up as ompa loompas and the ultramarine bar lots of scots work there | ||||||||||

Same as what someone said further down......the manager of this place couldnt be more annoying! Def get a fan although i was told by Thomson that it had air con!!! Iris Studio's is brilliantly placed i have to say, with lots of pools near-by. Had the time of my life is Kos....so did the 13 that went with me. | ||||||||||

| The iris studios are located right in the centre of kardemena. F**kin ace location but w**k apartments. We didnt care tho holiday aint bout the location as long as theres a bed who cares. Must say tho the rooms are roastin an its 30 euros for a fan. the managers a f**kin dick aint got no respect for no 1. the cleaners thick too cnt speak much english. but all was overlooked cos it was an ace holiday an u can justb stroll bak wen ur pissed up. | ||||||||||
