| the place was a s**thole-no exaggeration.guess what,on our fourth day there,we got BURGLED!!! 5 rooms got broken into on the same floor and the bitch owner who lives underneath claims to have heard nothing!when we started telling her to phone the police she told us to shut up.the police were f**king w**kers aswell.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.even the reps want this s**thole taken off from the holiday broshures.it may be cheap but thats because it has no security and the crappy wooden doors are easily broken into. | ||||||||||

| My friend and i stayed in nitsa recently when we were in Kos, although, we only actually stayed there if we needed to.The apartment door was dodgy it wouldnt lock, The beds were changed once in our whole time of staying there, the room was so small u could get bruises from walking into the beds trying to get round the room. The only good thing was the balcony u could see everything from on there. | ||||||||||

| Right three of us stayed in the Nitsa Apartments in July 2003 and yeh the accommodation is really really basic but we weren't really expectin nethin different and to b honest it provided a lot of amusement haha especially when my mate stepped thru the bed cos of the dodgy slats!!! the nitsa can't b faulted for location as evryhtin was in close walkin distance. The owner and the cleaner of the apartments are complete numbskulls..they run apartments that mainly english ppl stay in yet they know about 2 words of english!! we found it pretty satisfying to annoy the Nitsa woman by ringin her doorbell n runnin off especially afta she knocked on our door one night when we came in to tell us to b quiet haha. basically if u want good accommodation don't go to the Nitsa apts...if ur not really bothered n just want sumwhere to sleep then they're gud bcos they r cheap n a great location. Kardamena is excellent and me and my mates had a brilliant holiday. | ||||||||||

| WE STAYED IN THE NITSA APARTMENTS FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS IN AUGUST THIS YEAR, WE BOOKED THORUGH TELETEXT AND HADN'T SEEN A PICTURE OF THE PLACE BUT IMAGINED - SURELY IT COULDN'T BE THAT BAD. WE ARRIVED TO FIND OUR APARTMENT WAS THE FIRST ONE, NOT ACTUALLY INSIDE THE BLOCK BUT KINDA ATTACHED TO THE SIDE - THAT WASN'T A PROBLEM COS IT WAS KINDA PRIVATE - UNTIL YOU CAME TO THE NEAR ENOUGH SEE THROUGH DOOR! APARTMENT WAS VERY BARE AND YOU'D BE LUCKY TO FIND ANYTHING THAT WORKED IN IT! WE HAD TWO FRIDGES, YEAH THAT SOUNDS GOOD BUT ONE WAS HOT. THE BATHROOM WE SWEAR WAS IN A LEAGUE OF IT'S OWN - YOU COULD SIT ON THE LOO, BE SICK IN THE SINK AND HAVE A SHOWER AT THE SAME TIME IN THE MOSS GREEN SUITE- OH AND YOU HAD TO TURN THE SHOWER OFF EVERY THREE MINUTES TO ENSURE YOU DIDN'T FLOOD THE WHOLE APARTMENT. UNDER THE WHOLE IN THE WALL CALLED A WARDROBE WE FOUND A NICE PAIR OF LADS BOXERS (DIRTY WE MAY ADD) SO YES THE CLEANER GETS 10/10 FROM US. THE BALCONY WAS LIKE A WINDOWSILL - ABOUT A FOOT DEEP! YOU'D ALWAYS BE GUARENTEED TO GET A NICE SLEEP BUT DON'T BE ALARMED WHEN YOU WAKE UP ON THE FLOOR,THE SLATES OF THE BED WERN'T QUITE THERE AND THE MATRESS DIPPED WHEN YOU WERE ON IT! DON'T RELY ON MAKING ANY MEALS IN THE APARTMENT, THE TAP WATER IS HOTER THAN WHAT THE HOB HEATS, THERE WASN'T ANY CUTLERY AND ONLY ONE GLASS! OH AND NO KETTLE. THAT WAS PROBALY A GOD THING AS THERE WASN'T ANY PLACE TO PLUG IT ANYWAY - ONLY TWO SOCKETS VERY INCONVENIENTLY PLACED! IN DOOR WAYS BY THE TIME WE HAD FINISHED NOTICING ALL THE INPERFECTIONS, WE DECIDED TO CALL OUR APARTMENTS ROYAL NITSA AND THE PALACE - IF WE DIDN'T LAUGH WE'D CRIED! AMAZINGLY WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME AND THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT WAS PERFECT! IF YOU OFF TO THE ROYAL - PRAY YOU GET OUR APARTMENT, APARENTLY IT WAS THE BIGGEST AND THE BEST! THAT SAYS IT ALL REALLY GOOD LUCK FROM THE PETERBOROUGH GIRLS! X | ||||||||||

| Right ive jus got back from these apartments n i got loads to say about em!! Im 17 and 4 of my m8es went away n we stayed at Nitsa. The apartment is the best location ever, u r seconds away from everything, clubs, bars, beach, supermarket etc... The rooms r basic but there alright - wot we expected really. Theres no saftey deposit boxes or nefing tho and u have to hire fans, which is quite cheap. The Maid is the biggest B*TCH in the world, they tried kickin us out and they treat u worse than my mum has ever shouted at me. They grab ur stuff n shout at u "TIDY U TIDY". Also they accused us of stealin knifes and forks and we was made to pay somin like 70 euros or else they wudnt let us on the plane and they get the police involved. Honestly the owners and the maid r the biggest nobs in the WHOLE world. Everyone who stays there has acess to the top of the rooof too which is like one MASSIVE balcony. and we waterbombed everyone who went past, it was a well laugh. Seriously tho the apartments r in the centre of everything! V hot, good holiday. Its well noisy at nites as ur apartment is in the middle! | Hallo we r goin nista apartments nxt year and we wonderd if n e 1 can fill us in with any information on the apartments. All we basically want is a simple appartment to sllep in and eat and get bare sex of a nigh after aving it large in kos in the clubs. N e 1 no were ya can pick a bita whacky backy up as well???? | The apartments were alright for wot we wanted! They werent the best but they was much better than that woman below rekons. 5 of us stayed in the apartment and the nightlife there is well well good. Nitsa is right near to the clubs and bars and we are going back again next year for definate. Not sure if we will go to Nitsa again as we want to go to Kos Town and see what thats like. The apartment itself i shaged about 6 boys in so it cant be that bad ;)xxx Karey | ||||||||||

| Me and my mate stayed at Nitsa in August 2002. When we got there we were told we were on the roof, and we were. The smallest room I have ever seen on the roof of this buliding. There was no proper door in and out of our room just the patio door onto the roof. This itself did not lock and so anyone who wanted could go up the stairs onto the roof and into our room. The bathroom was on a slant, the maid who was meant to come every day appeared twice in a week, and when she did took our towels without replacing them. Because it was right on the roof we got the sun first thing every morning and with curtains that did not stretch fully across the windows this made it hard to sleep after a heavy night out. Kardamena itself was amazing, the accommodation and reps were awful. Goping back in 2003 but to some better accommodation we hope! P.S. the only good thing is it was 2 minutes from the beach and bars and just a stones throw from the supermarket and rep office with safety deposit box. | ||||||||||
