4 of us lads going in june for a week we have a 4 bed room booked can any 1 tell us if we will have a sea view cause it is the only reason we booked this hotel for the sea balcony i dont want to get stuck with looking at that big ugly valanakis hotel for a week | |

Just got back fom staying here, can't fault it at all, great view of the sea and sand from our room. very friendly maids and helpfull. sun beach is just on the outskirts so you can't here the loud music from there at night, will book here again, excellent. | |

Just to let you know that I stayed at the Sun beach and I thought they were great, i was worried before I went as they are only a 2 star but the location was perfect you either have a sea view or a pool view of the Valinakis, you have use of the pool at Valinakis but that was great as met some brilliant people. Not to far from the bars but far enough away if you wanted a quiet night. The best holiday i've ever had!! | |

My partner and i stayed at Sunbeach and i was really worried after reading some of the reviews. The location was great and the apartments themselves weren't actually that bad. The maid was in with us every day and was really friendly. We hired the safety boxes in the hotel beside us and everything was safe enough. The only thing i didn't like were the the beds. So if you're looking a comfy nights sleep wait till you get home. They are a little old and worn and sqeak if you move your head let alone anything else. If you're wise you'll put your matress on the floor. Everything was close by and you are spoilt for choice for bars and somewhere to eat. The self catering bit in the apartments is very simple. 2 rings to cook on, a fridge and a sink, a few plates, glasses, cutlery, and a pot and pan thats it. No kettle or microwave. I'm not trying to put you off cause if im honest i'd go back. It was great being right on the beach and hearing the sea all the time. I had a lovely holiday in kardamena. | JUST BACK FROM KARDAMENA,STAYED AT THE SUN BEACH APPTS.THEY ARE OK NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM,FACING ON TO THE BEACH AND SEA.PERFECT LOCATION.FOR EVERYONE OLD TO YOUNG.2 MINS AND YOUR NEAR ALL THE NIGHTLIFE.YOU CAN USE THE VALINAKIS HOTEL NEXT TO YOU AND USE THE POOL,BUT BEWARE OF ACTUALLY ENTERING THE VALINAKIS FOR TOILET AS YOU WILL GET BITTEN ALIVE WITH MOSQUITOS.RESIDENTS GET DISCOUNT ON SUN LOUNGERS ,1.50 EURO EACH COMPARED TO 5 EURO ELSWHERE ON THE BEACH.GO TO GOLD LION RESTURANT ON BEACH AND YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED WITH THE FOOD PRICES.ALL IN ALL IT WAS GREAT SO GO. | ||||||||||

Just returned from a two week stay in the Sunbeach Apartments and they were great.Really clean and tidy and in the perfect location right next to beach and only a two minute walk from the centre of Kardemena. Hello sun beach apartments are in a great postion in the quiter part but a 5 min walk if that from the centre your right on the beach. Im going 3rd June for 2 weeks cant wait |

| This is a typical greek holiday apartment block,very basic,interesting reading in some of the draws. To me lost points, for not replacing broken chairs after being told about them on the first day,bed linen only changed once a week not twice as I was told they would be,they did wash the floor a few times. only a 5-10 min walk to the resort centre down bar street 75 bars,would return to this apartment but not just yet. | ||||||||||
