Have stayed at the Poseidon 3 times before and are returning for our 4th time in August. This is a fantastic hotel and everyone is treated as family not just guests. The staff are wonderful and more than accommodating with any problems which may occur. Rooms are cleaned daily and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone, it is also great for you football supporters out there as the bar has football on one of the tv's at all times and the walls are decorated with lots of football strips, although ladies don't be put off, they do have various themed nights with lots of dancing and karaoke. Food is available from the snack bar until 5pm i think, and the hotel is only a short walk from a variety of restaurants and nightlife but is far enough away so that you can still have some peace and quiet. The beaches are only a short walk away and car and bike hire is within close proximety. Hopefully, unless things have changed since we went last time, there is also a small supermarket across the road which sells more or less everything you might need. Well, enjoy, and we can't wait to go again and enjoy the greek australian hospitality at the Poseidon. |

Just got back today from a weeks holiday in Kos Town staying at the Poseidon.
Got off to a bit of a bad start when we were put in the apartments instead of the hotel rooms which was what we had booked, sent my husband to speak to the manager who said we had been upgraded! I wasnt happy about it but decided not to cause a fuss after all it was 2am! Too be honest it wasnt that bad and i dont think a different room would have had much of an effect on the holiday overall.
I was initially quite dissapointed with the Poseidon, after reading that it has a Thomas Cook marque of excellence i was expecting a lot better than what it is, i dont think it is anything special at all, however the staff and management are very friendly and treat everyone more like friends. Overall it is a decent place to stay and if i were ever to go back to Kos i would book there again. |

| Has anyone stayed at the Poseidon apartments this year? (08) If so please let me know how you found them (heard they are a good choice but not many reviews posted this year this year) and anything useful regarding the surrounding area ie beaches, tavernas etc etc. Thank You. |

We stayed at the poseidon apartments/hotel for two weeks. The staff were brillant, kind and helpful. The apartment was great, plenty of space. We would definitely go back again.

 Very good apartments. Free air con and great friendly staff.
Pool is not great but good location and a very good stay was had. would def stay here again |

All 12 of us had the time of our lives we were made so welcome by the staff even tho we were not staying at the hotel but have stayed before the staff we super............ we aew already arranging to come back next year 10/10!!! |

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in May and June. A wonderful place to stay, friendly owners and staff, very clean, a bit of noice in the side street but apart from that brilliant, thank you for the welcome we enjoyed our two week stay.
The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, everyone was friendly and made us welcome from the start.

| We've stayed here once and that was enough! We had a room a de streetside and the noise from de street kept us out of our sleep every night. Our travel organisation had forgot to mention that there stayed mostly English families so we were the only Dutch there and the service of the staff made that very clear to us. When we left we wanted to rent/use a room for the day to take a shower en fresh up, but we couldn't while the English people got TWO rooms.......Why was that! |

| Had a fantastic time here. The staff were very friendly, our apartment was spacious and very clean. If going to Kos again I would definately stay here. The restaurant across the road on the corner was also excellent - food and fantastic service. Would recommend both highly! |

| ive stayed here twice before cant fault the place the owners are lovly people i would recomend it to any way close to every thing (ie beach, bars,shops and only about a 20 min stroll into town center. |

| poseidon is a great place to stay ive stayed here twice over the past few years the owers r realy freindly and great with the kids i would recomend it to any1.but this year im having a change and will b staying at anna studios i hpe it just as nice |
