 Fantastic clean family run hotel, All the family are friendly and lots of fun with quiz nights in the bar and greek nights with plenty of dancing. Quiet location but only 10mins from town. Absolutely love it and will be there this year for the fifth time!!! once you've stayed there you won't want to stay anywhere else! |

| We stayed here from 19th May to 26th May on a Late Deal, Allocated on Arrival holiday and had a brilliant time. Many thanks to Costas, Billy and their Parents. For location it couldn't be better, fifteen minutes walk to Town and down a quiet road. On the quietness front, there were one or two inconsiderate guests who couldn't keep quiet when they came in late but you get this no matter where you stay. Mad Mary is back again for this year and is as popular with the guests as ever. Though the Breakfast was very basic, it was enough to give you a good start to the day. The rooms are good with Hair drier, Fridge, two glasses, two good sized mugs and two teaspoons. The cleaner is excellent, doing towel changes every two or three days. It goes without saying that we would stay here again at a future date. |

We went to kos 20/5/06-28/5/06, best holiday we have had so far so we are booking to go back in september this year. Billy,costos,family and mary all friendly and great to get along with .Pool excellent size we had alot of fun , barbecue night excellent and also if you like to have your game of bingo thats a good night all entertaining.Weather nice and hot (80-90),breakfast we wouldnt know about as we were never up in time to many late nights, but recommend the one at the pool bar .Hotel very clean rooms basic but also kept clean , we would recommend this holiday to anyone .We would like to thank everyone for a great week and we will see you all soon bye for now mike and karrieanne. |

My boyfriend and I visited Kos from 7/7 to 21/7 and we though this was a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, and the pool is a lovely size. I would definitely recommend it, especially the bbq/karaoke night. |

Great hotel, very clean with friendly people, the rooms are basic with the added touch of a fridge and haidryer. Billy and Costas was great,very friendly and helpful,great pool with plenty of sun loungers fo all, mama cooks a very nice Englih breakfast so you must try one .The hotel is about 3 min walk from the centre so you are not troubled by the noise late in the eveing.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone we had a fantastic time and was sorry when it was time to return home |

| Great hotel and great staff especially. Costas, Billy and George were helpful and friendly and billy loves the card game UNO.He keeps it under the bar. nice pool and good food too. Far enough away from the centre so is quiet when you need to sleep. been back twice and always welcomed. definate thumbs up. |

Just got back! a very welcoming hotel, would recommend to all to visit this hotel and kos,
It is a family run hotel with two sons called Costas and Billy who cannot do enough to help,The bar is great and they are very good keeping the noise down for other guests, The swimming pool is nice and big very with plenty of sun loungers to go round. |
