Kipriotis Maris

The Iberostar Kipriotis complex i.e four hotels on one site [1] Panorama, [2] Maris [3] Kos Bay View &[4] Hippocrates are all good for variety and each hotel has different apsects. We stayed in the Maris (5 Star) although I would say it is a more of 4.5 Star! The hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food Excellent. Rooms clean and very nice. Pool facilities fab. We went All Inc. so we could use all the other hotel complex facilities and the kids shows in the evening at the Kos Bay were enough to entertain the kids and a nice way to close the evening off for the kids. As you would expect with All Inc. the drinks are on tap although I wasnt to impressed with the choice of beers so we stuck to JD and Jamesons! The only complaint was that the bar at the Maris closed for orders after 12.00 midnight and the Bar Manager at the Maris Hotel was a really rude arse - We complined to the Manager about the Bar Managers 'sourpuss' attitude and all was well - The bar man at the Hippocrates (next door hotel) Janis was TOP MAN - Hippocrates Bar is open till 2.00am and you get served drinks free until 1.00am.

Overall the complex and the individual hotels are good in different departments - we had a super time - Oh one aother thing we were gagging for a nice curry and tried an Indian Restaurant called PAK-INDIA in Kos Town - dont go there! - worst food ever and service totally naff - rate as 2/10
