| Just came back from the Denise Apartments. What a noisey noisey place music till 4 o clock in the morning. My husband and I didnt sleep the whole time we was there. Beds sheets wasn't changed all week and the cleaning left a lot to be desired.. Also the walk into kos was around 40 min bit misleading has denise apartments were outside kos.Also had to hire a fan 20 euros oh and another 15 euros for hire of the room till 6 o clock normally theres a room you can use but not there. from comments on here and people have been several times not my cup of Tea least the weather was hot. nice clean pool area and meals were very nice. ok if you dont mind not sleeping all week. and i would rate it has a 2 star .

We are coming back in two weeks, This will be our fourth holiday with Nic and his family at the Denise, The first time i wrote a report about the Denise i unknowingly dicribed it as average ( whoops) The Denise is certainly not average it`s Great!!
Nic, Maria & Dee ( short for Dimitria Nics sister) Dont only provide a well run complex they make your holiday comfortable, Nothing is too much trouble for them.

My family have been on several occassions and have always had a bril holiday. You will not find a more welcoming family. Everything is catered for and the appartments are the cleanest you will find. Nikos is the man and will get you anything you require. Maria's cooking is the best and even the dog (Ziggy) makes you welcome. Our kids cry everytime we have to leave.

where shall we start? denise apartments were amazing, nikos and his family really make you feel welcome, We had an brilliant time with all the people we met there, tom an andy, kate an gemma, drew an stu etc.... (even if drew did keep us up the first night) haha. the food is brilliant, little tip, try the B.L.T toastie for breakfast, ummmmmmmmm, beautiful. the rooms are immaculate and the pool is sparkling, how can we forget little ziggy? "ELLA THO ZIGGY" . weve gotta go back some day cus we gotta get nikos to make us another chocolate milkshake, (i know you hate making them really mate) lol. just gotta say, the white trousers were brilliant kate, thanks for the memorys. haha

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks in Aug 05. We had a fantastic time. Nicos and his family made us feel very welcome and Zigy was still running around loving the attention. Our studio appartment was spacious and clean and had a small kitchen area. We were on the first floor which had 2 balconies both with sea views. I would recommend a room away from the bar! The maids tidied up every day and towels/sheets were cleaned every 3 days. The only disappointment was that there is no air-conditioning! The heat was un-bearable but fans are available to hire at 15 euros for 1 week. The appartments are set in beautiful tropical gardens. The pool is clean and a decent size. There is also plenty sunbeds. If you don't like children I would recommend you avoid August!! These appartments are quite far from Kos Town. We are young and fit and it took us about 40 mins to walk to Dolphin Square. We hired bikes from the apts which are cheap and well- maintained. The quiet beaches and supermarkets are a 5 min walk. If you fancy livlier beaches then go to the one behind dolphin Square. 'Salsa bar' beach has the best atmosphere with loads of volleyball,competitions, music etc. We found the best places to eat were the tavernas by our appartments on the beach front. (about 5 min walk). The food was much better than in town at the same kind of prices. Anyway we would definately go back again!!!! |

| denise appartments rock!!! we had such a great time there and was supposed to be a nice quiet break b4 another mad year of uni...but no thanks to nikos and his obsession with ouzo!!! he actually does drink it like water...! we had a great time there, everyone is sooo nice and maria actually became like our own mother - telling us off when we needed it - especially regarding the noise of my "slippers" ...bless her! as for ziggy, well i did try and take him home with me but maria did see right through that plan!!! all i can say is its is definately worth going, however watch out for nikos and him throwing you in the pool - i swear i must have been chucked in AT LEAST 5 times a day!!! AT LEAST! and dont think ur safe with clothes on either - i went in wearing WHITE linen trousers which actually turned see thru! lovely! overall we had a brilliant time and are hoping to go back next year - we met some right old nutcases and yes sue and sandra i do mean you and some others on the way too! its a great holiday...x | ||||||||||

| IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC HERE. I DIDN'T WANT TO COME HOME. NICOS WAS GORGEOUS AND SHOWED ME A GOOD TIME. HE CERTAINLY MADE MY HOLIDAY COMPLETE... HIS FAMILY WERE LOVELY TOO AND THE DOG ZIGGY WAS ADORABLE, BLESS HIM. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO SHOW MY MATE WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT.
