This was our third time in Mastihari and third time staying at the Irene Appartments. This year they seemed to have gone down hill massively. They were still cleanish however very run down and in need of great refurbishment. The same matress since we went in 2001-which is now sagging to the floor! A grubby shower mat on the bathroom floor. Broken fixtures and fittings. The only thing going for the apparments is the superb view from MOST of the baloncys!! These being rooms 1,2,3,6,7,8!!!!!
Mastihari itself is a superb resort, quite and relaxing with very friendly people and excellent tavernas, reckoment Tasty Palace and Seaside Restaurant. Will not be visiting the Irene Appartments this year (Manos should not reprsent these appartments!!!) but opting for the Luis after someone showing us round one of the rooms. Excellent Pool and Pool side bar at the Luis :-) |
