hi denny, you can only book these apartments through the manos brochure available in most travel agents, or through Nikos the owner. i'm not sure of the direct number, but if you look at these other posts, Helen has put the number she thought it was. you could always try that. booked a 3 weeker with manos this year, going next week (july 10th) can't wait.............if you can wait that long for information i will post it when i get back......... hope this helps. Does anyone have an e-mail address for the Luis Apartments?
I want to book for 31st May but they seem booked up with Manos, Going Places etc. I wondered if I contacted them direct I could see if there were any rooms available.

We had a most enjoyable week (20th - 27th July) based at the Luis before moving on to Kalymnos. We had two adjacent rooms - both kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay - all the facilities needed for a 'simple' holiday - not luxury, but that was NOT what we wanted. Nikos was most friendly and helpful, as were all of the staff. Nikos' barbeque is well worth attending on the Saturday evening. The pool was always clean and, although not large, was perfectly adequate considering the proximity to the beaches - 5 minutes stroll at the most. Food and refreshments were good value - especially liked the COLD beers!! The nearest minimarket is well stocked, but we found that prices were a little higher than those in the town - only 5-10 minutes further away. All in all a most relaxing and enjoyable week.
If nothing else, do NOT miss out on a trip to Nissyros - but if possible do book through a rep - it IS more expensive, but saves a lot of hassle. | ||||||||||

Hi Wendy I think you were there the same time as us (we came home 20th july) My parents actually stayed here, and its the second time they have and they will certainly be back again..the apartments are spacious, fully fitted with everything you would want, hairdryer, kettle etc..in a nice location...
We used the pool a lot, which is very clean, and a nice size. The food at the bar was really nice and good value...The only problem again was the germans that tended to take over the pool, and werent supervised... Otherwise very recommended  | ||||||||||

Lovely apartments - a five minute walk up from the village - there is a supermarket nearby and the lovely beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. In the rooms there are all the facilities you require; hairdryer, kettle, cooking rings, fridge, tv. Air conditioning and the safe deposit box are also available at an extra cost. The only downside to the Luis is that the pool is open to anyone in the resort (and there is only one other pool in the village!) and we did have problems with some German kids who were using the pool unsupervised by their parents but this was sorted out by our rep. We were always able to get a sunbed for the day. The rooms are cleaned regularly and also bed linen and towels seemed to be changed quite often. The pool bar is very reasonable for drinks and snacks and is open during the day from about 8.30.

This our 11th year in Mastihari and our 5th stay in the LUIS and have found it clean,well maintained and very popular, Nicos and his staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There is a good clean pool with bar snacks and cold beer ! Maria the cook is great as is Maria the cleaner and you will be served by the lovely Issa, all in all good accomodation with the service and facilitys to make a great stay in Mastihari.  | ||||||||||
