I was at sunny days hotel this june for my summer holidays, the hotel is located in a central location in tigaki. there is a large super market next to the hotel, also the bus stop is only 1 minute walk. the beach is 10 minutes walk. you can hire a motorbike du to the weather its really warm. The staff at the hotel are all Brialliand and very friendly, they are all one family. The apartments are big with Balcony one bedroom one sitting area, kitchen and Toilet with shower. The Cleaning ladies very traditional and their cleaning very good. The pool area was very clean, however there is alot of shadow due to the high trees that there are. there is also a playground for children.
there is an internet Corner, where you can send your emails to your friends, amusement games for the boring hours, and many pooltables. The Bar staff very talkative keep you there.

would reccomend to everybody sunny days hotel for their summer holidays

Me and my parents have just come back from Sunny Days and to be fair i really enjoyed it..ill be coming here again some time with my best friend, Maria is a lovley lady and she went out of her way to help us, also her 16 yr old son is to die for! haha i really loved the people in the bar..they are really nice, me and my stepdad had a couple of games of pool and i went on the internet, They serve really nice food as well, but it closes at six so ther bar can open. Its really  close to the town centre as well the resturants are to dye for! we recommend Rodinis which is opposite the Angela appartments they are amazing and so funny as well, so i guess over all i love Sunny Days its by far the best holiday ive ever had!!!

We have just returned from two weeks in Tigaki staying at Sunny Days. The whole place felt run down, there was no food available on site, no pool bar and the TV in our room only showed German channels. The bar staff were great fun and did as much as they could to create atmosphere. Maria was not seen that much during the day, in fact we saw more of her 14 year old son who seemed to be left in charge.

Our first room had no TV or AC so we moved to another, which did have these, but only one powerpoint to plug everything into. So, the TV, kettle, ipod, travel iron etc, all took turns. Cry

SmileTingaki is a lovely village with very friendly people and has many enjoyable restaurants. We also met some nice guests at the bar and poolside. If we hadn't, Sunny Days would have been awful to stay in, rather than just very disappointing.

Just returned from Sunny Days and have to say the apartments are basic but value for money.  The staff are all very friendly altho there is a problem that only Maria seems to be able to deal with things like air conditioning, safe box etc so you have to wait until she's on.  The pool area could do with some work and can be a bit of a sun trap.

 Andy,
Have stayed at Akti Dimi's before and had a great time but we were only looking for a week's holiday and the their prices were extortionate.
Will give Sunny Days a chance as some people have enjoyed their visits.

Ian, this place is awful. You should have stayed at Atki Dimmys.See my review on holiday watchdog.

Booked up for a week in July for my wife, 13 yo son Josh and self.  Do you need to book air conditioning before arriving as have been in Tingaki before in July and is very warm?

We've just come back from Tigaki, and had a truly wonderful holiday.  We stayed at the Sunny Days Aparthotel at the top end of Tigaki Main Street.  When we arrived we were made very welcome by Maria who proved to be very competent and helpful throughout our stay.  We were served at the bar by a gorgeous Czech girl called Andrea, and a family member - Christos both of whom were friendly and a lot of fun.  Do try an "Andrea Special" cocktail!  Most rooms have air-con which is a god-send, the pool is clean and well-looked after and the rooms are cleaned every day except Sundays.

The star of the show, though is Shadow - a scrunch-faced little fluffy Persian cat all the way from sunny London.  He lives on the balcony usually on a long-lead (which he often gets tangled up in, and is ever-so grateful if you visit and de-pickle him!)

Just returned from Sunny Days appartment, Lady who runs the reception is very accomodating, she would phone for a taxi when needed, extended our room for a small fee when our flight left at 6am. Our room was on the top floor, no lifts and no one to carry bags, not a problem for us, but the view from the room, absolutly breathtaking, mountains, sea and lots of land.Tigaki is beautiful. The main road is noisy, motorbikes everywhere, the usual noises from animails from nearby farms, but you can close the shutter doors and hire the aircon machines to keep cool. There is a safe in the room(small fee) so gave us peace of mind for safe keeping of passports and cash. We didnt use the cooking facilities, as there was so many restuarants near by. We had a very enjoyable time.
