Kovotis is next door to Memories (on the opposite side of the road from Mascots) heading towards the beach.  Its a fab bar!  Wot a laugh we had there!  Going back in September so this will defo be one of our haunts.

Not sure if Kovotis is nearer the beach than Mascots or not (must have been drunk again!) but its defo just across the road.
