Overall, i had a great time in Kefalos,though quiet but relaxing!I arrived on the 12th July flying with My Travel,katherina apartments is only about 20 mins from airport.  We were greeted by Katherina's brother who was friendly and took our bags and showed us to our apartment which was number 9.  The apartments are quite basic but all you need!make sure to ask for fan once you get there and key for the safety box 25 euros for the week!!trust me the fan is well worth it!!

The rooms are really clean,cleaned everyday with new towels and bed sheets!cleaner very friendly!no interference form katherina.  She was very helpful when I had fell and banged my head on the floor on my 2nd night because of sun stroke ,she was always checking up on me to make sure i was ok,she also helped with any problems and went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay!

Katherina apartments only 5mins walk from beach,plenty of places to eat out and plenty of supermarkets to get water and all types of foods if you are wanting to cook!!there is also a pool across the road,you are allowed to use it as long as buy something i.e bottle of water,the owners very helpful and friendly there too!

 no delays which was good-departure from newcastle was ok took jus over 3hours!cabin crew friendly,once arrived in kos airport greeted by rep and directed to bus,

Flyin home was awful,stuck in cues for over 1 hour and half outside the airport,make sure you bring water as it gets quite hot at night.kos airport is more like a cattle market,Danny the rep actually abandoned our bus before us even getting to the airport we did not see him again once he put us on the bus out side our apartments!!

24 HOUR EMERGENCY HELP-LINE-what rubbish!!was really disappointed with a rep called heather,as i had an accident in my apartment she did get a doctor sent out to me. But she told the doctor to ring back once he was finished but there was no one answering.  No-One form My Travel not even my REP Danny came to see if i was still alive for god sake-DISAPPOINTED would be an understatement of the Rep service given to us.
