Kirsty W

Hi - I'd love to stay here but can't find their website to book direct.  The one on these posts doesn't seem to work.  Can anyone help please?  Many thanks

Hi Paul. We have stayed in Tingaki in Sept/Oct a few times and the weather is usually fantastic. Of course you can always catch a shower at this time of year but we have not seen many. The beach is 20-30 min walk. We usually go to Kavotis and Mascots Bar if you want to dance until the small hours lol. We will be there the same time as you. Come and say hi. Nigel and Elaine.

Ali C

Thanks for letting us know! It sounds wonderful, we've booked for July 2014 so really excited even though it's a little more than a year away!

click to enlarge Hi Ali C. The Mayflower is right behind the large supermarket at the top of the main road. I would guess it is about 20 minute amble/walk to the beach. We have stayed at the Mayflower quite a few times and never been disappointed. The staff, rooms and pool area are 10/10. We are there for two weeks at the end of September 2013. Can't wait!

Hi! Really Looking forwards to going to Tingaki next year, and we've got our eyes on Mayflower Apartments! But we're not sure where it's actually located - Thompson tells us it's 1km from the resort centre, and 1.6 km from the beach. Google maps isn't very helpful either! :S Could anybody help and pinpoint it's location for us? Thanks!

All i have to say is my ideal holiday

Steve H          10/10

We have just returned from a two week holiday at the Maylfower hotel, Tingaki, kos. This was our second holiday at the mayflower and on our arrival we were given a really warm welcome by christos and his family.  All of the staff and the family go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, nothing is ever to much trouble. The swimming pool is excellent it is cleaned daily and always looks spotless. The rooms are clean and well maintained and i would highly recommend you use the air con as the rooms can get quite hot, during the night. We returned home yesterday and have already checked out availability for next year.

Christos provided us as promised a copy of the music from the Greek night which we have listened to already should be relatively proficient by next year.

Also looking forward to taking up the offer of going walking with Christos up mount Dikeos.

Thank you all for a lovely time.

Just returned from a great 2 weeks
Well run family business - very friendly and try hard to please.
Jen's meals v nice
Beds a little on the hard side - recommend many gin lemons/Mythos to ease any discomfort.
Only got gently ticked off twice by Elia who is a lovely lady  ; once for putting a bottle in the waste bin - yes you guessed it - they have fallen for the recyling trick in Kos as well. The other time was when we put our towels down on the bathroom floor every day to be changed - apparently only supposed to do this every 2 or 3 days - if only they said!

Watch out for :
Christos - a classic. However he lives in a different time span which is at any time is either 2 seconds ahead of us or about 10 seconds behind. If you have any spare moments study this aspect - it is not entirely obvious - the best situation to pick it up is during the traditional greeting process.
Ah and just one more thing - he will give you his shots of booze (gratis - nice gesture) at any time without warning. I always said yes (of course) but on one occasion he cleared the table so quick he made me try and catch the glasses - which I didn't - whoops!

Weather fantastic which helped of course!

I am going to the mayflower on 5th july, last year we stayed in these apartments and they are fantastic, i was just wanting to know if the Mediteranean restaurant is now open because last year there was some kind of accident and it closed down, i was told it was one of the best restaurants in tngaki?.

If anyone wanted to visit Tingaki the Mayflower is the place to stay, why these have only been given a 3* + rating is beyond me, roll on saturday.

You can contact The Mayflower through their website:

www.mayflower.gr/en/index.htm

I hope you enjoy your stay, we loved it there.

Paul T

click to enlargeWe had a great stay at the Mayflower, Christos and family were great and couldn't do enough for you, Tingaki is a great resort, not too busy but with enough going on to stop you getting bored. We can't wait to return but looking at the Thomson site for next year there's a pretty big price hike compared to this so it'll probably be later rather than sooner before we can go back to the Mayflower. See you in 2008!

Steph R

Oh my god we loved the appartments, and the people at the hotel. The two christos' were great laughs, and always up for a drinking session. There was loads to do, and u should definatly hire quads they are such a laugh. Loads of nightlife, and wasnt loud from appartments, beech 15 minutes walk.

christos , the only man in the world who can survive on alcohol. If you want to stay up till the early hours he will stay up until you have had enough. My latest or earliest was 4.00 am

we met some great people out there who we hope to meet again. So Cammy , we may see you next year.

Wendy D

We are going to Mayflower and my daughter and family are staying at Oasis apartments, anyone know where they are in relation to each other?  Also how long a walk is it to the beach from Mayflower?
