 Have been holidaying in Kefalos for the last 13 years, made many friends including Antonis in the Stamatia Restaurant (right on the beach). I remember the Yiannis when it was only 1 storey high, each time we go it gets better, the family are great nothing is to much trouble. Hence we have just booked for the 6th time having had another absolute ball. Pool and bar was a nice surprise this year, it gets harder and harder to leave. Fantastic food, fantastic people and great beer. | |

If you are staying at Yiannis you have absolutely nothing to worry about as the rooms are good, and you even get free honey made by Yiannis the owner. They have clean and basic rooms typical of Greece, and the pool is great. Food and drinks from the pool bar are reasonable in price and very nice.
Finally, the cats at the hotel are very cute- but not all of them seem that used to people (don't want much attention- other than food!!) except for the ginger cat with one eye which became like our pet for our stay. He is gentle and nicer than all the others- so look after him for us- (he answers to the name of 'one eye')!

  Just arrived back from Yiannis and missing it already, new pool and pool bar only add to this fantastic location. Owner and his family made us very welcome and even had a small party for my daughters birthday.
If your looking for peace and relaxation then you cann`t get any better, plus supermarkets, bars and shops are only a short walk away.
We have already booked for next year and really looking forward to returning.

| Travelled to Kos for the first time, and stayed at these apartments. Having previously read some of the comments listed, was looking forward to a good holiday. We had a GREAT!! holiday.
First surprise was that they have recently added a swimming pool and pool bar. Then we got the complimentary honey, yummy! Then we got to know the family that run these apartments, what nice people they are, nothing was too much trouble and very friendly. Would definately recommend the Yiannis to anyone, but make sure there is enough room left for us, we will be back!!  | |
