| Just spent 2 weeks at the hotel with my girlfriend. What a shambles, an absolute joke. "Breakfast" consisted either of a defrosted bread roll or toast which came with the butter already melted, though on special occasions we were given some cake. Air conditioning had to be paid for, 5 euros a day which for a 2 week stay became quite dear. Our bed sheets were hardly ever changed and we were given fresh towels whenever the staff felt like it. The shower unit itself was a joke. The shower curtain and rail had almost broke and the shower head holder was completely knackered. There was a pull cord wch we thought was for our hot water but when we pulled it we found that it just came straight out of the wall, displaying loose wires, the lot. Hot water was available on certain days! Our sink was constantly blocked and the sewerage from the room upstairs ran through our pipes in our bathroom causing a terrible smell at times. We found the owner to be far from nice and felt unable to approach him withour problems. The pool however was brilliant though the pool bar itself was quite dear. I will not be going back there again and would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel really put a dampner on our holiday i'm afraid to say. |

Got back the early hours of Thursday morning from yet another amazing holiday in Kefalos.It was our first time at this hotel as we usually prefer to go self-catering but this was the only property available to us.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, with clean bed linen and clean towels every day of the week.
Yanni (John) the owner is always on hand for a chat and to make sure that everything about your stay is running smoothly.
Tony the barman is a very funny guy with a dry sense of humor and makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive.
Many of the guests had stayed here before so that speaks for itself!
The breakfast was usually a bread roll with jam, butter, coffee and juice, Madeira cake and marmalade and one day we had toast! You are not obligated to eat the breakfast and can purchase a full english across the road in Manos for just 5 euros. But we did eat at the hotel some mornings and you wouldnt believe how substantial the breakfast is.
Great pool area (with snack bar), great sized rooms, fantastic location to explore Kefalos and it's beautiful bays, nice bar/reception area with great staff thrown in! What more would you want?

Hi all,
My wife and I had 2 weeks at the Kamari Bay Hotel at the beginning of September. Excellent location and accomodation. Yanis, the owner, cannot do enough to make your stay special. Tony is great behind the bar. The pool area is large and kept spotless It is a basic but sufficient Breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily.Towels changed every day as well.
It is a little part of paradise and we have already booked for September 2008.

We have just spent a week at KBH and the negative comments posted prior to this are unjust.Rooms were cleaned regulary. The breakfasts were ok as well, typical Continental ones.The Pool was good. Location was excellent. No noise from elsewhere either. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. (Sept 2007) |

Just been to kamari bay hotle loved the hotel, tony the barman is so funny, the pool is awesome and the rooms even more awesome the cleaners were excellent and the holiday as a whole was excellent |

| just booked again to go back to the kamari bay hotel. this will be our 5th time.was there in october and was at paula and alberts wedding. what a fantastic day, in fact the whole holiday was once again perfect.yanni cannot do enough for you and tony well he is the best.we miss all our freinds we have made there and can,t wait to see you all again in july. oh! merry xmas to all who know us from kamari bay terry& pat kerley |

| We have been back here 9 times - twice a year and will be back next year. To those who moan - booking a room number as your travel agent will tell you is no guarantee of actually getting it. Has for the bar being noisy it usually is when people enjoy themselves especially at weddings ! My dad died this year so not being particularly brill yr for me so I got married out in Kefalos and thanks to most of hotel residents and locals who treated me like family we had a fab time. Lighten up you miserable lot when you're on hols lifes for living !! |

I spent the best holiday of my life in the hotel and made some friends for LIFE! Yannis and Tony are absolute legends and i am soooooooooo going back. I miss you aaaaaaaaaall so much!

| just come back from our second visit to the kamari bay. we enjoyed it very much. yannis makes you very welcome . tony ,the barman, was his usual self, brill. thanks to maria at the pool bar for giving john his breakfast, a bottle of mythos! you will always meet new friends. especially louise (simply the best) & barry. this is the perfect chillout hotel. highly recommended.see you all soon. john & elly. |

 well we have just returned from our second visit,and it will be are last.we had booked and had confirmation that we could have the same room as last year,booking was done over year ago on return visit home.The noise that we had to suffer nightly from the bar which was open until 3am,resulted in many sleepless nights,even when asking polietly for a reasonable time in which the bar could be closed met on deaf ears.The only way in which the noise could be softend was by sleeping with paper in the ears.it was like living above a rowdy english pub
The resort is lovely as are the people.just DONT stay at the KAMARI BAY if you want a QUITE holiday. would not suggest to my friends that they stay there. |

| The hotel was lovely and the bar man tony was quality. but if you want a holiday of fun then this is not the place to go. yammis was constantly moaning about everything. people were moaning about him all the time. you couldnt run the shower for more than 1 minute with out him moaning that you were wasting electricity and he was constantly telling the children off for making to much noise. Love kos - but will be staying else where from now on - away from the poisened dwarf!!!!! |

Great holiday, best hotel in Kefalos. Yannis looks after his guests as does his nephew and barman Tony. Good , clean rooms with linen replaces whenever you want. Bar drinks some of the cheapest in Kefalos and the pool snacks are great too....... |

I went kos last year and it was absolutley fab, the hotel was lovely and the staff were lovely too i cannot wai to go bck there this year its gna b fun, all i wna knw realli if any one aged between 1-16 is gna b there so we wiill av a laugh with my other mates hu i met last year.. eply bck anyone xx |
