There we were in the middle of Winter, cold. wet and fed up, dreaming of sun, sand and relaxing, where should we go. After looking around we chose Kos, and the Anna Apartments, what a good choice. We arrived in the middle of the night after a 3 hour flight delay, and the rep showed us to our room. We had a few hours sleep and went down to the bar to meet our hosts. The apartments are run by Veronica and Tony, helped by there children, Bill, Anna and the baby of the family, Jenny. The bar and pool area are excellent, clean and tidy, and enough sun beds for everyone. We ate in the apartments at lunchtimes, Veronicas Greek Salad was the best I have ever tasted, and the fresh orange juice was to die for. We were made to feel like one of the family right from the beginning of the holiday. At nights when we came back from our meal we spent the night playing pool, darts and dominoes with the family, it was Greece versus England, Tony and Bill were pool players extraordinaire, but Jenny, who is only 5 was a dominoes player that we could not beat, she won all the games. We were there for 2 weeks in June, and we are going back sometime soon.
