The lady that we dealt with was lovely and an excellent sales person - when we went to enquire about prices.  We wanted to hire a motor bike for the whole week and the price was competitive after some haggling (11 Euros per day).  She said that if we wanted to change the bike for a quad half way through - that this was an option and would be at no extra cost.  We decided to take her up on this offer but when we went back - she decided that we would have to pay extra for this (so we didn't bother).  I was disappointed because if she hadn't presented this as an option initally we wouldn't have even thought about it!
